RN Case Manager
StartDate: 6/30/2025 Pay Rate: $2000.00 - $2700.00
POSITION SUMMARY – RN Case Manager
POSITION DUTIES – Interqual reviews; Liaison contact w/HH, SNF, IRF, LTAC IV infusion, DME referrals and follow up; Daily pass down; Multidisciplinary Rounds qd
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS – TX/compact RN license; BLS; 1+ year acute hospital case management experience; Familiarity with most of the following MIDAS, Meditech, Care Port Discharge, Outlook, Excel, Interqual, Word
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS – HCA Case Management experience; NATE familiarity; HCA MDRs
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – 13 weeks
SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK – 8a-4:30p, hourly with 30-minute lunch break; Every 3rd weekend
SYSTEMS – Meditech / Midas
START DATE – 6/30/2025
