Work hours: Full Time Nights (6:15 PM – 7:45 AM) for 24 hours/week. Weekend and holiday requirements

Here’s What You Need
- Other Graduate of an accredited vocational nursing program Required
- 6 Months in an acute care hospital setting or completion of THR residency program Required
- LVN - Licensed Vocational Nurse Upon Hire Required And
- BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Required And
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 Days Required And
- CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training maintained annually 90 Days Required And
- NIHSS - National Institute of Health Stroke Scale Certification maintained every 2 years 90 Days Required
- A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborates with healthcare team to support hourly rounding, patient education, and risk reduction.
- Administers medications safely and performs technical procedures proficiently.
- Collects and reports patient data to RN, contributing to individualized care planning.
- Demonstrates critical thinking and adheres to national safety standards.
- Maintains professional accountability through goal setting, advocacy, and policy compliance.
- Partners with peers and support staff to enhance clinical competence and adapt to changing needs.
- Engages in continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and applying evidence-based practices.
